About the role#
The Field Sales Intern role is part of our Early Talent Program, a full-time summer internship designed for undergraduate students. You will gain direct experience within our field sales organization while learning about the beer industry. This position involves collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to solve real-world business problems.
What you'll do#
- Participate in key sales activities within your assigned team and location.
- Complete a project focused on a specific sales business need.
- Present your project findings to senior sales leadership.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to support our sales efforts.
What you'll need#
- You are entering your Senior year and pursuing a bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- You must be 21 years of age or older at the start of the internship.
- You have access to a vehicle for travel to accounts to engage with customers.
- You are willing to work occasional non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends for events.
- You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- You are a high-energy team player with a drive for action.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- You are currently enrolled in undergraduate courses.

- Work Modality: Hybrid (4 days in the office).
- This position is paid and full-time.
