About the role#
As a Brewery Operations Intern in the Packaging department, you will join our Early Talent Program. This full-time summer internship focuses on project management and operational improvements within a manufacturing environment. You will gain a fundamental understanding of brewery operations while working on systems, process, and capital projects.
What you'll do#
- Design, plan, organize, schedule, and lead diverse projects.
- Apply project management principles and technical expertise to meet business objectives.
- Improve process reliability and line efficiency by reducing stops.
- Enhance waste performance through loss reduction initiatives.
- Focus on asset care and quality improvement projects related to hygiene.
- Serve as a resource to support high-level technical issues within the brewery.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student in an engineering discipline, specifically Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Packaging Engineering.
- Ability to complete complex projects and manage business priorities.
- Strong collaboration skills to build relationships across teams.
- A sense of accountability for project results and commitments.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within a manufacturing setting.
