About the role#
As a Premium Sales Intern, you will support the sales, fulfillment, and game-day operations for premium spaces. You will manage suite rentals, process orders in the CRM system, and maintain relationships with suite and loge partners. This position involves assisting with revenue management and project initiatives while ensuring high-quality service for our guests.
What you'll do#
- Manage suite rentals from the initial sale through to day-of hosting.
- Process suite rental orders and maintain data in the CRM system.
- Reach sales goals through proactive outreach, including outbound calls and managing inbound inquiries.
- Communicate key rental and catering information to internal departments.
- Assist in the development of annual suite and loge products, benefits, and event experiences.
- Provide direct support to premium clients via phone and email.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in a customer service or sales role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and receive feedback.
- The ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the game and event schedule.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks such as standing, walking, and bending.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
- The role is paid at $16.37 per hour.
