About the role#
As a Customer Service Intern with the Operations team, you will support day-to-day processes that ensure consumers receive timely and accurate service. You will work closely with partners across IT, Data Analytics, Account Management, Sales, and Product to keep internal operations running smoothly.
What you'll do#
- Enter, update, and maintain customer information in Salesforce and other internal systems.
- Provide professional support to consumers by phone and email.
- Help answer questions and route issues appropriately.
- Learn IntelliScript procedures and applicable Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) guidelines to support a positive consumer experience.
- Assist with documentation, tracking, follow-up activities, and other operational tasks.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Organized, dependable, and willing to learn.
- Ability to follow established processes, prioritize multiple projects, and multitask effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and present solutions.
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to resolving customer needs.
- Experience using Salesforce and knowledge of the insurance industry are preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
- The role is remote, though applicants must be willing to travel to the Brookfield, Wisconsin office as needed.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
