    About the role#

    This is an 8-month consecutive internship starting in January 2027. You will work on real-world projects, collaborating with teams to identify, define, and design new programs or improve existing ones. You will advocate for program value through metrics and ensure processes are executed efficiently, including change management efforts.

    What you'll do#

    • Identify, define, and design opportunities to develop new programs or improve current ones.
    • Advocate for program value using metrics to gain buy-in from stakeholders, partners, and customers.
    • Monitor programs to ensure activities align with objectives.
    • Execute program processes efficiently, including change management and improvement efforts.
    • Perform research and analysis on the program landscape.
    • Forecast and examine business trends to identify audience size and program scope.
    • Define program issues, assess scenarios, and select optimal solutions.
    • Contribute to the direction and strategy of your business area.
    • Define and track success criteria and performance metrics, such as OKRs and KPIs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design programs from initiation to delivery.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
    • At least one semester or term of school remaining after the internship ends.
    • Formal training in program management, process management, process improvement, business strategy, or operations.
    • Experience with stakeholder and relationship management across leaders, partners, and customers.
    • Ability to understand business metrics, customer behavior, and market trends.
    • Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
