About the role#
This internship supports the Executive Vice President's office within the New York City Transit Department of Subways. You will assist with administrative functions and data management to ensure office operations run effectively. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Monitor hiring vacancies and track time-to-hire metrics.
- Maintain Power BI dashboards to identify and correct data discrepancies.
- Collect and organize data related to hiring actions.
- Prepare and distribute regular hiring reports.
- Provide daily administrative support to the office team.
- Coordinate with internal liaisons to gather necessary information.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program with a 2.5 GPA or higher, or a graduate program with a 2.8 GPA or higher.
- Preferred fields of study include Data Science, Business Administration, Public Health, Computer Science, or Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

- Compensation: $19.00 per hour for undergraduates and $21.00 per hour for graduate students.
