About the role#
This is a full-time, paid rotational internship for Summer 2027 based in Chicago. You will gain exposure to Public Finance, Credit Tenant Lease, Structured Debt Products, and Sales and Trading businesses. This program is designed to help you build skills in fixed income markets while working alongside our teams.
What you'll do#
- Perform analysis using fundamental and technical data.
- Conduct industry and product research to support trading desks and senior leadership.
- Prepare presentation materials and join portfolio reviews.
- Monitor markets and assist in developing trade ideas.
- Listen to client calls and help field client requests.
- Participate in individual and group projects, along with shadowing opportunities.
- Get to know senior management and their roles within the firm.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mathematics.
- A graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.4.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and in teams.
- High attention to detail.
- Active involvement in extracurricular activities or campus life.
- A solid understanding of accounting, math, and basic finance. A background in computer science is helpful but not required.

- Compensation is $20.00 per hour.
