    About the role#

    As a Capital Co-op, you will support the debt, investor relations, underwriting, and asset management teams. You will work directly with business units to assist in financial analysis, modeling, investor management, and loan administration. This role is designed to bridge the gap between your classroom coursework and professional experience.

    What you'll do#

    • Maintain lease information in the asset management database and review tenant leases for correct calculations of charges, rents, and CPIs.
    • Assist with loan closings, loan abstracts, and updates to loan schedules and tracking reports.
    • Coordinate documents for monthly construction loan draw request packages.
    • Support budgeting and reforecasting efforts for operating projects.
    • Assist with inputting data into ground-up development proforma models.
    • Aggregate lease and sale comps from CoStar, appraisals, and broker reports for the internal database.
    • Support the debt and investor relations team by preparing requests for proposals and offering memorandums.
    • Maintain and update the investor database.
    • Organize files, databases, and project information.
    • Assist with ad hoc projects, including investor presentations, lender presentations, and questionnaires.

    What you'll need#

    • Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related business field.
    • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    • This position is based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
    • The role is on-site.
    • This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term.
