About the role#
The Practice Management Accounting Intern role is a 10-week summer program. You will work with the US Oncology Network Practice Management Accounting team to gain experience in corporate accounting cycles. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position.
What you'll do#
- Assist with simplification projects to improve quality and efficiency across the team.
- Support the PM Accounting Integration team by updating onboarding and integration checklists.
- Work with Accounting staff on month-end close processes and account reconciliations.
- Review close checklists to ensure they are complete.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student.
- Completion of at least 75 credit hours by the start of the internship.
- A minimum 3.5 GPA.
- A major in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Data Science.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
