About the role#
As a Supply Chain Operations Co-op, you will contribute to project success through hands-on tasks and training. You will work with the Subcontracts team to negotiate contracts, research supply chain alternatives, and perform data analytics. You may also manage a process improvement project from start to finish under the guidance of the Logistics Manager.
What you'll do#
- Manage projects centered on process mapping, standardization, and automation.
- Support purchase order negotiations with the Subcontracts team.
- Analyze vendor spend, performance, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Solicit material quotes from external vendors.
- Use Excel, Power Query, Smartsheet, and Tableau to track data and visualize trends.
- Assist project teams with vendor and manufacturer feedback.
- Join jobsite walks to collect performance feedback and improve fleet receiving efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited Co-op program.
- Major in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or Construction Management.
- Ability to complete at least two full-time, alternating Co-op rotations.
- Skill in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to work with project managers, drafting, field staff, and fabrication shops.

- Terms: Winter 2027 and Fall 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
- Work occurs in an office setting with occasional site visits that may require navigating active construction areas and handling objects up to 50 pounds.
