About the role#
McKee Foods is seeking a Data Analytics Intern to join the Corporate Planning and Order Fulfillment team. This position offers an opportunity to gain experience in supply chain operations while supporting business planning and data analysis. This is a part-time role with a rolling schedule.
What you'll do#
- Compile data into reports and presentations for internal use.
- Monitor reports to identify business opportunities and analyze historical performance.
- Provide support in key planning areas including scheduling, supply planning, and demand planning.
- Use data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Incorta to support analysis and reporting.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program in Business Management, Accounting, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Status as a Sophomore, Junior, Senior, Graduate student, or recent graduate within 6 months of graduation.
- Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office and Excel, including the creation of charts, graphs, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
- Ability to present findings to multiple levels of management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
- A 3.0 GPA or higher on a 4.0 scale is preferred.
- Experience with visual data analysis software, basic statistical functions like linear regression, and research methodologies is preferred.

- This position is located in Collegedale, Tennessee.
- Work is performed on-site.
- Interns typically work 20 hours per week during the school year and up to 40 hours per week during the summer.
- Pay ranges from $18.18 to $22.00 per hour based on experience.
