About the role#
As a Software Engineer Intern for Summer 2027, you will join an engineering team to work on live systems and products. This is a full-time, paid internship where you will gain experience building scalable and secure technology used on a global scale. You will work alongside experienced engineers to contribute to business priorities while building your professional network.
What you'll do#
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern programming languages.
- Support the design, development, and testing of software features.
- Write automated tests to verify code behavior.
- Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and agile ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot issues and debug code to support system enhancements.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver solutions.
- Apply secure coding practices while learning how enterprise software is maintained.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mathematics, with a graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
- A strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and core computer science concepts.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
- Interest in software testing, debugging, and solving technical problems.
- Ability to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
