About the role#
As an Associate Consultant Intern in the Performance Analytics track, you will join the Advisors and Consulting Services group. You will work within small teams to help major brands solve complex strategic questions. This role focuses on using data to drive consulting solutions across industries like retail, hospitality, and financial services. You will gain exposure to business development, account management, and product management while receiving mentorship from an experienced leadership team.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members to implement strategic solutions for clients.
- Use quantitative skills and tools like SQL, Python, or R to investigate trends and build models.
- Synthesize large amounts of data into clear, actionable stories for stakeholders.
- Engage with client stakeholders through meetings to present insights and recommendations.
- Participate in team building and volunteer experiences.
- Build professional relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student with an expected graduation date between June 2027 and December 2027.
- Strong academic record.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in work or extracurricular settings.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly in both written and verbal formats in English and the local office language.
- Interest in business and how companies make decisions.
- Experience with data analysis or querying tools like SQL, SAS, Excel, or Tableau is an asset.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or Computer Science are relevant to this work.
