    About the role#

    As a Technical Program Management Intern, you will learn to understand the technical and operational requirements needed to drive project execution. You will work within the Mastercard Technology organization to improve predictability and delivery efficiency. Interns are placed within teams such as Technology Strategy and Transformation, Network Gateway Engineering, Decision Management Platform, Open Banking Global Operations, Mainframe and Operations, or Global Market Technology.

    What you'll do#

    • Drive the execution of delivery plans for your assigned program.
    • Conceptualize, rationalize, and manage multiple simultaneous projects to deliver engineering work.
    • Contribute to strategies, design choices, and cloud infrastructure for technical solutions.
    • Report project status to stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
    • Pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
    • Ability to operate with independence, autonomy, and a continuous improvement mindset.
    • A track record of data-driven decision-making.
    • A strong interest in technology, particularly through a data-driven lens.
    • Note: This role is not eligible for employer work authorization sponsorship.

    Location & details#

    • This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
    • The role is based on-site in New York City, New York.
