About the role#
This internship is a 12-week paid program designed to help you apply classroom knowledge to real-world challenges within the HP Supply Chain Organization. You will gain hands-on experience by working on projects that support our supply chain operations, including sourcing, logistics, and inventory management. This position is based in Spring, Texas, for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Analyze and map current supply chain processes using the SCOR model framework.
- Identify areas for improvement in Sourcing and Logistics to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for process optimization.
- Support inventory management and order fulfillment initiatives.
- Conduct market research for new supply chain concepts and emerging industry trends.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to track key performance indicators.
What you'll need#
- Completion of your 3rd year of a Bachelor's degree or 1st year of a Master's program.
- Enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited university.
- A technical degree specialization in fields such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Science.
- Ability to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2027.
- You must not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
