About the role#
As an Associate Consultant Intern, you will join small teams to help major brands solve complex strategic challenges. You will contribute to project deliverables and build relationships with clients. This role provides exposure to business development, account management, and product management across industries like retail, hospitality, and financial services.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic consulting projects by structuring challenges and exploring solutions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and translate findings into recommendations.
- Create presentations for internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organization.
- Build an understanding of how consulting engagements are delivered.
- Gain exposure to the leadership team through networking and speaker series.
- Participate in volunteer and team building activities.
- Receive hands-on mentorship from an experienced management team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or accelerated master’s degree program with an expected graduation date in June 2028.
- Academic majors including Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
- A record of academic achievement and leadership in work or extracurricular settings.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with an aptitude for structured problem solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Business intuition and an interest in company decision making.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and a willingness to learn quickly.
- Commitment to working effectively within small teams.

- Compensation: $3,033.33 semi-monthly.
