About the role#
We are looking for an intern to join our team at Watkins Wellness. This is a project-based role where you will partner with a mentor and cross-functional teams to plan, build, and deliver real work. You will gain practical experience, receive training in our core tools, and develop a portfolio-ready project to showcase to future employers.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to assigned initiatives from planning through execution.
- Track tasks and meet deadlines to keep deliverables on schedule.
- Conduct research, gather data, and analyze findings to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with teammates to develop solutions and create project deliverables.
- Prepare presentations and participate in project meetings, brainstorming sessions, and progress reviews.
- Document your work and maintain organized files.
- Provide regular updates to your supervisor.
- Own a scoped project and deliver a final readout with data, recommendations, and next steps.
What you'll need#
- Current college Junior or Senior, or a recent graduate.
- Strong interest in hands-on, project-driven work.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency in tools relevant to the project area.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
