About the role#
The Test Operations Group supports Test, Product Engineering, and Production teams. You will maintain test equipment used to develop and process devices for Carrier, Automotive, Enterprise, and Data Center product lines. This is a full-time, on-site role.
What you'll do#
- Maintain Advantest 93K and Teradyne Uflex testers and hardware.
- Provide support for testers, handlers, and probers to engineering and production teams.
- Work with Field Service Engineers to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair handler and prober systems.
- Perform hardware and software upgrades.
- Track requests for new hardware and provide solutions.
- Obtain quotes from vendors for spare parts.
- Assist with calibration and preventive maintenance.
- Contribute to improvements for the test floor environment.
What you'll need#
- Working toward a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of hardware products, printed circuit boards, and electronic manufacturing.
- Ability to organize technical information, summarize data, and communicate clearly.
- Comfort working in a team environment.
- Basic PC skills, including the Microsoft Office suite.
- Coursework or project experience in the design and repair of electronics, circuits, or electromechanical systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of Linux, Windows, networking, or inventory control systems is a plus.
- Previous internships in the semiconductor field are a plus.

- Location: Santa Clara, California.
- Employment Type: Full-time, on-site.
- Pay: $22 to $44 per hour.
