About the role#
This summer internship offers the chance to work on verification for technologies that power cloud, AI, storage, and networking solutions. You will join a team focused on pre-silicon emulation or ASIC design, working alongside chip architects and designers to build real products. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Create simulation environments that mimic real-world conditions.
- Develop automated tests to push designs to their limits.
- Troubleshoot hidden flaws and failed simulations.
- Analyze test coverage results and metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver scalable solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program for Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- An expected graduation date between Fall 2027 and Summer 2028.
- Completed coursework in computer architecture, logic, processor or memory systems, Verilog, VLSI, UVM, or digital logic design.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, C, C++, Perl, or Java.
- Experience using tools like Synopsys, Cadence, or Mentor to run simulations and debug testbenches.
- Experience with RTL integration and debugging hardware or software interactions.
