About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship within the Snacking finance department. You will work on real business projects that provide exposure to senior leadership. This program is designed to build your skills in data analysis and financial processes while you gain experience in the consumer products industry. Successful interns may be considered for the full-time Finance Leadership Experience program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Support finance teams by improving analytics capabilities and adopting new technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on project-based assignments that vary based on business needs.
- Develop professional skills including data storytelling, process optimization, and stakeholder alignment.
- Own specific projects and communicate results to senior leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Finance, Accounting, or related business degree program.
- Status as a student eligible to intern the summer before your final graduation date.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
- Willingness to relocate to the work site.
- Personal transportation to and from the work site.
