About the role#
The KIND Finance Internship is a 10-week summer program based in Chicago. This full-time, paid position offers exposure to finance operations and project-based work. Interns gain experience with real business problems and have visibility to senior leadership. Successful completion of the internship and candidate evaluation may lead to a full-time role within the Mars Finance Leadership Experience program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Drive the digital agenda by building analytics capabilities and improving processes.
- Guide the adoption and usage of new applications and technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on project-based assignments.
- Engage in data storytelling and process optimization projects.
- Develop skills in analysis, senior leader communication, and project ownership.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
- Status as a rising senior, interning the summer prior to your final graduation date.
- An agile mindset with a drive for results.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
- Ability to relocate to the work site and provide personal transportation.
