About the role#
This summer internship program offers hands-on experience in wealth management, advisor onboarding, and business operations. You will work with professionals to support ongoing business initiatives, manage reporting, and contribute to client communications. The program is designed to help you build foundational skills for a career in financial services.
What you'll do#
- Support investment professionals in delivering wealth and portfolio management services to high-net-worth clients.
- Assist with client reporting, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Maintain client and operational documentation while supporting day-to-day business activities.
- Help advisors transition their business to Manulife Wealth.
- Coordinate with internal partners across Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
