About the role#

The Mission Delivery Intern supports the Wish Team in executing the organization's mission. This role involves direct interaction with families, volunteers, and medical professionals to coordinate wish logistics and administrative tasks.

What you'll do#

• Assist the Wish Team with all aspects of mission delivery, including wish visits, celebrations, and logistics.
• Communicate with families, health care professionals, donors, and volunteers via phone and email.
• Solicit information and donations from potential vendors.
• Manage and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
• Perform database entry and general administrative duties such as faxing, scanning, and filing.
• Research specific wishes and potential vendors.

What you'll need#

• Ability to manage wish files and maintain accurate records.
• Experience or interest in liaising with medical professionals.
• Proficiency in database entry and electronic document management.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with families and donors.
• Capacity to conduct research to support wish fulfillment.
• Pursuing a degree in Psychology, Public Health, Business Administration, Communications, Nursing, Health Administration, Sociology, or Marketing.
