About the role#
Mackenzie Investments is looking for a tax and estate planning intern for the fall 2026 term. Based in Montreal, this role supports our national tax and estate planning team. You will work on projects that directly impact our business initiatives and provide research to senior management.
What you'll do#
- Manage general inquiries received through the team email inboxes.
- Contribute to various business-related projects.
- Create and update presentations and proposals.
- Review business processes to find ways to improve them.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and write reports for senior leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 2nd cycle program in taxation, such as a DESS, master's degree, or the In-Depth Tax Program.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and stay organized.
- A problem-solving mindset and analytical approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

- Location: Montreal, Quebec.
- Term: Fall 2026 (September to December).
- Work modality: Hybrid, with three days per week in the office.
- Employment type: Full-time, paid internship with paid leave.
