About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program focused on professional development and career growth within the Commercial Treasury Management Implementation and Fulfillment team. You will work on projects and department initiatives while gaining exposure to various areas of the bank through guest speakers and industry leaders. This role provides an opportunity to build a professional network and receive priority consideration for future full-time openings.
What you'll do#
- Perform entry-level professional duties specific to treasury management implementations.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Technology teams to onboard commercial clients.
- Coordinate project execution and support process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all activities follow internal policies and external regulations.
- Identify and escalate risk-related issues to management.
- Design and maintain internal controls to mitigate risk.
- Implement audit points from internal and external sources.
- Promote an inclusive environment that supports a sense of belonging.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Operations Management.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
