About the role#
This 10-week summer internship focuses on professional development and career growth. You will work within the Consumer Insurance Servicing and Indirect Funding team, which manages insurance claim assistance and optional product cancellations for auto, boat, and RV loans. Interns participate in department projects, attend sessions with industry leaders, and build a professional network. This role provides priority consideration for future full-time opportunities at the bank.
What you'll do#
- Perform entry-level professional duties specific to the Consumer Insurance Servicing team.
- Assist customers with insurance claims, GAP claims, product cancellations, and check processing for repairs.
- Manage the cancellation of ancillary products financed within indirect loans.
- Ensure all activities follow internal policies and external regulations.
- Design and maintain internal controls to mitigate risk and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Support an inclusive environment that reflects the bank brand.
- Complete other related tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
