About the role#
Lumanity offers a 10-week Strategy Consulting internship for students interested in the biopharma industry. You will work on projects spanning the product life cycle, including pipeline prioritization, pre-commercial strategy, and new product launches. Interns work alongside subject matter experts and leadership to build foundational consulting skills. You will receive formal training and mentorship throughout the program.
What you'll do#
- Gather primary and secondary research to solve client business problems.
- Analyze products, markets, and competitors to gain insights.
- Build and test hypotheses to turn findings into practical steps.
- Create client deliverables such as slide presentations and workshop materials.
- Use creative thinking to develop insights for clients.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or master's program with a graduation date in 2028.
- Academic focus in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- A strong academic record.
- Quantitative aptitude and critical thinking skills.
- Interest in the life science and biopharma industries.
- Ability to use generative AI and digital tools for research and data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
