About the role#
The Customer Loyalty Intern will join the Marketing department to support the development and execution of strategies that drive customer loyalty. This role offers exposure to business operations through project work, executive Q&A sessions, and a mentor program. Interns will participate in community volunteering, social networking events, and professional development training.
What you'll do#
- Manage and coordinate the customer communication content calendar, including monitoring timelines and creative assets.
- Assist in the development, execution, and analysis of targeted marketing campaigns.
- Support the writing and editing of email, push messaging, and text campaign copy.
- Participate in the research and development of new loyalty features and benefits.
- Partner with IT, Mobile, and sales teams on cross-department projects such as campaign briefs and mobile deals.
- Conduct competitive analysis and assist with the driver intel program.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a four-year university program at a sophomore level or above, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Photoshop or similar image editing software is a plus.
- Previous internship experience is preferred but not required.
