About the role#
We are looking for a Culture & Communication Intern to join our team in Park City. This role balances creative communication tasks with hands-on operational support. It is a good fit for students or recent graduates with a background in marketing or communications who are ready to assist with both office coordination and internal messaging.
What you'll do#
- Support internal marketing and communication initiatives.
- Manage and post content to our internal intranet.
- Create internal banners, flyers, and presentations using Canva.
- Assist with social media content and engagement.
- Help with general office coordination and management.
- Organize supplies and track office inventory.
- Support the visual merchandising team with supply orders.
- Package and ship items to our stores and team members across the U.S.
What you'll need#
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Canva, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, specifically Instagram and Facebook.
- Ability to learn new web-based platforms.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Communications or Marketing.
