About the role#
Link Logistics is offering a 10-week paid summer internship for students interested in industrial real estate development. This role provides hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle, from initial site evaluation and due diligence to final project closeout.
What you'll do#
- Assist the development team with active projects, including design coordination, cost estimating, and financial modeling.
- Help establish, track, and monitor project budgets, schedules, and key project milestones.
- Maintain project files, trackers, contracts, invoices, and other development records.
- Support project documentation, cash flow projections, and utility coordination.
- Assist with the closeout process for completed developments to ensure financial records are finalized.
What you'll need#
- Current junior status at an accredited four-year undergraduate institution.
- Pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, real estate, economics, mathematics, business administration, civil engineering, or construction management.
- Basic understanding of real estate investment, financing, market analysis, property valuation, and development timelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- This is a full-time, on-site internship for Summer 2026.
- Positions are available in New York, NY; Irvine, CA; and Dallas, TX.
- This is a paid position. We do not provide sponsorship for this role.
