About the role#
Link Logistics is seeking a Marketing Summer Intern for our 2027 program. This is a full-time, paid, on-site role based in New York. You will assist our team with marketing strategy, broker segmentation, and go-to-market planning. This internship provides hands-on experience in the logistics real estate sector.
What you'll do#
- Support our indirect broker strategy by mapping regional and local brokers against our portfolio marketing data.
- Research and develop personas for broker segments to understand their specific values and needs.
- Assist in building a structured broker marketing program, including tracking engagement and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with our Digital Marketing, Portfolio, Creative, and Corporate Communications teams to refine messaging and channel strategies.
- Analyze the regional broker landscape to identify new opportunities for engagement.
- Organize and refine marketing presentations and creative assets for internal and external use.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, ideally pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- A foundational understanding of marketing channels, principles, and audience segmentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience through internships, coursework, or projects in marketing, digital media, or creative content is preferred.
