About the role#
Link Logistics offers a 10-week paid internship program for students to gain business skills and experience within the industrial real estate sector. As an Asset Management intern, you will work across multiple markets and property types. You will collaborate with Asset Management, Property Management, and Construction Management teams, as well as external broker partners, to support our portfolio operations.
What you'll do#
- Perform analytical work to support the leasing team, focusing on market trends and asset-level strategy.
- Attend broker meetings to evaluate leasing strategies, lease restructuring, and sale-leaseback opportunities.
- Assist full-time analysts and associates with underwriting, due diligence, and closing processes.
- Partner with internal teams to support portfolio-level initiatives.
- Conduct ad hoc analytical projects related to the growth and operation of our industrial real estate portfolio.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current junior or rising senior at an accredited four-year institution.
- We are looking for students pursuing degrees in real estate finance, business, economics, accounting, finance, mathematics, civil engineering, or related fields.
- You should have a basic understanding of real estate investment and financing concepts, such as property valuation and market analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

- This is a full-time, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is available in Dallas, Texas; Sacramento, California; Rosemont, Illinois; Irvine, California; and Atlanta, Georgia.
