About the role#
This is a hands-on clinical position at Saline Memorial Hospital. You will work alongside experienced Registered Radiologic Technologists to support patients of all ages. This role is designed for students to grow their technical skills while contributing to high-quality diagnostic imaging.
What you'll do#
- Perform routine diagnostic radiographic exams under supervision.
- Apply your knowledge of anatomy, positioning, radiation safety, and image quality.
- Communicate clearly with patients to explain procedures and ease anxiety.
- Maintain accurate positioning, labeling, and patient dose standards.
- Support a safe, efficient, and team-focused work environment.
- Adapt to a varied schedule and assist with department needs.
- Learn current imaging techniques while helping improve workflow and quality.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in the final year of a Radiologic Technology program (verification required).
- BLS certification.
- Strong technical curiosity and problem-solving ability.
- A patient-first mindset.
- A positive, professional attitude and excellent teamwork skills.

- Location: Benton, Arkansas.
- Schedule: Full-time with weekend shifts required.
- Status: Paid position.
