About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship opportunity for students to gain professional experience within the commercial HVAC industry. Interns work alongside experienced technicians to support maintenance operations and contribute to business needs. This position follows a rolling term schedule.
What you'll do#
- Assist technicians with preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC units.
- Load and unload tools and equipment from work vans.
- Safely climb ladders to reach rooftop units.
- Work at heights as required by the maintenance tasks.
- Perform physical tasks including occasional lifting of up to 75 lbs.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a technical school HVAC program.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5 or above.
- Valid driver's license.
- EPA certification is considered a plus.
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including ladder climbing and lifting.
