    About the role#

    As a Graphic Design Co-op, you will join a team focused on visual creative work for Lands' End. You will work on both print and digital projects, supporting the creative team with brand development and campaign execution. This is a full-time, paid position that includes mentorship, networking activities, and career development workshops.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist the print team with catalog creation, shot notes, and retouching notes.
    • Design digital assets for landsend.com, including emails, landing pages, online promotions, and display banners.
    • Partner with the team on future Creative Brand development.
    • Support internal and external creative campaigns.
    • Learn and use the company DAM system for daily tasks.

    What you'll need#

    • A background in Graphic Design.
    • Experience creating digital content for web and social media.
    • A solid understanding of typography, image editing, and layout principles.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
    • The ability to work independently while also collaborating well with a team.
    • Flexibility and a positive attitude.

    Location & details#

    • This role is based in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
    • The position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring you to be onsite three weeks per month (Monday through Thursday).
    • You must reside or relocate within a commutable distance of the office.
