    About the role#

    This is a paid, full-time co-op position based in Dodgeville, Wisconsin. You will work in a hybrid capacity, spending three weeks per month on-site from Monday through Thursday. The role offers opportunities to learn color management processes and Color Sphere standards while working alongside a diverse team.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a degree program for Fashion Design, Textile Design, Product Development, Merchandising, or a related field.
    • An interest in apparel color development, textiles, and product creation.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage color standards, libraries, and reference materials.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform detailed quality checks.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate within a team.
    • A flexible, positive attitude.
    • Successful completion of the Farnsworth Munsell 100 Hue Color Vision Test.

    • Location: Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
    • Schedule: Full-time, 8am to 5pm CT.
    • Work Modality: Hybrid, with three weeks per month on-site.
