About the role#
This is a paid, full-time co-op position based in Dodgeville, Wisconsin. You will work in a hybrid capacity, spending three weeks per month on-site from Monday through Thursday. The role offers opportunities to learn color management processes and Color Sphere standards while working alongside a diverse team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Fashion Design, Textile Design, Product Development, Merchandising, or a related field.
- An interest in apparel color development, textiles, and product creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage color standards, libraries, and reference materials.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform detailed quality checks.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate within a team.
- A flexible, positive attitude.
- Successful completion of the Farnsworth Munsell 100 Hue Color Vision Test.
