    About the role#

    The Apparel Design Co-op program offers hands-on experience for students interested in a design career. You will work alongside experienced designers to help develop Lands' End products. This role involves exposure to various business functions, including women's, men's, kid's, and accessory product lines. You will receive mentorship while contributing to the design process.

    What you'll do#

    • Develop products by providing ideas for color, fabrication, silhouettes, and trends.
    • Conduct market research and trend analysis.
    • Create and maintain design books and journals.
    • Assist with visual setups and presentations to share design concepts.
    • Participate in fittings and analyze returns.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a degree program for Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Art, or a related field.
    • Basic skills in fit and pattern making.
    • Knowledge of textile construction, color, and printing techniques.
    • A strong interest in the Lands' End brand and current fashion trends.
    • Analytical, results-driven, and customer-focused approach.

    • This position is based on-site in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
    • The role is full-time and paid.
    • This is a rolling term position.
