About the role#
As a Systems Engineering Intern, you will work on the development and evaluation of complex system designs and architectures. This role involves analyzing system requirements from end users and systems to create effective design and implementation plans. You will communicate your progress by delivering presentations to internal and external customers.
What you'll do#
- Perform operational analysis and develop concepts of operations.
- Create test plans, procedures, and cases.
- Conduct testing and document your findings.
- Use software tools, scripting, and hardware or software troubleshooting techniques.
- Support the design and architecture of complex systems.
What you'll need#
- You must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Aviation, or Aerospace Engineering at an accredited university.
- Coursework or experience in systems architecture, systems analysis, system performance modeling, integration, or project management.
- Familiarity with Rhapsody.
Location & details#
- This position is located on-site in Salt Lake City, Utah.
- The role is full-time and paid.
- The schedule follows a 9/80 format, where you work 80 hours over 9 days and have every other Friday off.
