About the role#
L3Harris is hiring an intern to support quality initiatives. You will help develop and maintain processes that ensure products meet customer standards. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to review performance and address operational issues.
What you'll do#
- Develop and implement quality processes using statistical analysis.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Program Management teams.
- Investigate nonconformances and implement corrective actions.
- Write inspection procedures.
- Assist with quality documentation and customer communications.
- Analyze factory performance to develop improvement plans.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Quality Engineering.
- Ability to work on-site in Northampton, Massachusetts.
Location & details#
- Location: Northampton, MA.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Schedule: 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.
- Compensation: Paid internship with a salary range of $25.50 to $48.00 per hour.
