About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in program management within the defense and space manufacturing sector. You will support the Program Management team by assisting with daily operations, project tracking, and administrative tasks across the IPPT Business Area.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with program managers and engineers to finalize project plan presentations.
- Establish timelines, set deadlines, and manage meeting schedules.
- Organize and maintain project documentation.
- Prepare materials for program meetings and attend them as requested.
- Help process staff expense reports and resolve related issues.
- Support functional areas with special projects and tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for engineering or business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Location & details#
- Location: Waco, Texas.
- Schedule: 9/80 work schedule, which includes every other Friday off.
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
