About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Palm Bay, Florida. The role follows a 9/80 work schedule, where you work 80 hours over 9 days and have every other Friday off.
What you'll do#
- Perform operational analysis and develop concept of operations, design, and implementation plans.
- Analyze system requirements from end users and systems.
- Support the development and evaluation of complex system designs and architectures.
- Develop test plans, procedures, and cases.
- Conduct tests and document your results.
- Use software tools, scripting, and troubleshooting for hardware and software.
- Create and deliver presentations to communicate design status and activity plans to customers.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field at an accredited university.
- Coursework or experience in systems engineering, systems architecture, or systems analysis and design.
- Familiarity with Rhapsody.
