About the role#
The Manufacturing Summer Internship is a paid, 11-week program for students looking to gain experience in a production environment. You will be fully integrated into a team, taking on responsibilities similar to a full-time employee. The program focuses on professional development, mentorship, and project-based work. At the end of the summer, you will present your project to senior leadership for the opportunity to be considered for a full-time return offer into the Management Trainee program.
What you'll do#
- Lead an individual strategic project to drive business results.
- Work hands-on on the plant floor to support production activities.
- Drive continuous improvement and quality excellence.
- Optimize production lines and automation processes.
- Present project insights and findings to senior leadership.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
- Minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain and Operations Management.
- Willingness to relocate to any New Jersey-based office.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis. Note that no immigration support or sponsorship is offered for this role.
