About the role#
The Manufacturing Summer Internship is an 11-week paid experience based in North Little Rock, Arkansas. You will join our team for the summer of 2027, working directly on plant floor operations. This role is designed to integrate you into daily manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering activities while providing you with the responsibility to lead an individual strategic project. At the conclusion of the program, you will present your project to senior leadership for consideration for a full-time return offer.
What you'll do#
- Work hands-on on the plant floor to drive continuous improvement and quality excellence.
- Optimize production lines and automation processes.
- Lead an individual strategic project and present findings to senior leadership.
- Participate in daily activities across manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering departments.
- Maintain safety, health, and environmental standards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year college or university.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
- Major in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain and Operations Management.
- Minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis without sponsorship.
