About the role#
The L'Oréal USA Summer Internship is a paid, 11-week program designed to integrate you into our daily operations. You will take on real-world responsibilities and lead an individual strategic project. At the end of the summer, you will present your findings to senior leadership, which serves as a consideration for a full-time return offer into our Management Trainee program.
What you'll do#
- Conduct category analysis, process improvement, and systems enhancement.
- Generate and analyze financial data to recommend business strategies.
- Monitor business results compared to budgets, trends, and forecasts.
- Evaluate the ROI of strategic business decisions to manage brand Profit & Loss statements.
- Provide financial support across functions including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing.
- Own an individual or group project with strategic business impact.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year college or university.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
- A minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without the need for sponsorship.
- Ability to relocate to New York, NY, Clark, NJ, or Tampa, FL for the duration of the internship.

- Compensation: $27-$30 per hour.
