About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship within our Oncology Marketing department. You will work closely with our marketing team and cross-functional partners to support brand strategy and customer engagement. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and gain exposure to the pharmaceutical industry.
What you'll do#
- Partner with the field force to identify gaps in promotional tools and resources.
- Support the development of field materials that align with brand strategy.
- Collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders during the creation and review of promotional materials.
- Assist in preparing materials for established promotional review processes.
- Assess the utilization and impact of tools and resources through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Analyze clinical profiles, strengths, and weaknesses of expected market entrants.
- Evaluate competitive messaging, positioning, and physician perspectives.
- Translate clinical and market insights into clear, meaningful promotional messaging.
- Partner with Digital, Analytics, and field-facing teams to support integrated marketing initiatives.
- Evaluate marketing channels to deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Customize content and messaging hierarchy for patients, nurses, and physicians.
- Monitor execution across multiple channels and report on performance metrics.
What you'll need#
- Rising junior or rising senior pursuing a degree in Marketing.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to work in the United States on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship.
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn and grow.
- Interest in a career within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Prior internship or co-op experience is preferred.

- Modality: Hybrid (requires living within a commutable distance of the Princeton office).
