About the role#
Join the Rare Disease Marketing team for a paid summer internship. You will build practical skills through hands-on experience by contributing to key tactical initiatives and analyzing market trends. You will work with experienced colleagues to strengthen your marketing capabilities and learn how cross-functional teams bring initiatives to life.
What you'll do#
- Partner with the marketing team on assigned priorities, from planning through implementation.
- Conduct research and analyze trends to identify opportunities.
- Develop evidence-based recommendations for marketing initiatives.
- Improve existing marketing materials while learning about healthcare professional and patient needs.
- Participate in discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Learn from cross-functional partners across the organization.
- Manage project timelines.
- Build presentation skills by developing and sharing formal business recommendations.
- Apply critical thinking to solve business problems and incorporate feedback to strengthen your approach.
What you'll need#
- Rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in marketing or a related field.
- Interest in business strategy, market research, and pharmaceutical marketing.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, collaboration, and project-management skills.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
- Prior internship or co-op experience is welcomed but not required.
Location & details#
- Location: Princeton, New Jersey.
- Term: May 25, 2027, through August 20, 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid schedule including two days per week onsite.
- Compensation: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour.
- Status: Full-time internship.
- Note: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship.
