About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Cincinnati, Ohio. The program runs for 15 weeks, specifically from August 17, 2027, to December 4, 2027. You will work on-site to support retail operations and maintenance initiatives, gaining hands-on experience through project work and collaboration with team members.
What you'll do#
- Collect and analyze data to support operational goals.
- Research industry trends, new technologies, and best practices for energy reduction projects.
- Maintain project trackers, databases, and internal documentation.
- Create reports, presentations, and summaries for stakeholders.
- Coordinate deliverables across cross-functional projects.
- Identify findings from data and communicate recommendations to the team.
- Respond to information requests and project updates.
- Participate in team meetings and share progress on assigned tasks.
- Find ways to improve team efficiency and reporting processes.
- Present a final summary of your accomplishments and key learnings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, open to all majors.
- A preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently or within a group.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.
- Experience or coursework in data analysis is preferred.
- A commitment to customer service and active involvement in leadership or community activities.
