About the role#
The Retail Operations Capital Intern program is a 15-week immersive experience designed to help you grow your career through focused assignments. You will work alongside industry leaders, refine your professional skills, and connect with students from across the country. This is a paid, full-time position located on-site in Cincinnati, Ohio, running from August 17 to December 4, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support operational initiatives.
- Research industry trends, new technologies, products, and best practices to support project development.
- Maintain project trackers, databases, and documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional projects by gathering information and tracking progress.
- Analyze data to identify key findings and communicate recommendations to your team.
- Respond to requests for information and project updates.
- Participate in team meetings and provide status updates on assigned tasks.
- Identify opportunities to improve team processes and reporting efficiency.
- Complete and present a final summary of your internship accomplishments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, with a preferred GPA of 3.0.
- Open to all majors with relevant coursework or practical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present information to various levels of the organization.
- Ability to work both independently and within a group setting.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Background in data analysis is preferred, including familiarity with Salesforce.
- Demonstrated leadership in community or school activities.
- Must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship now or in the future.
