About the role#
The Kroger Fall Internship Program is a 12-week, full-time experience designed to help students grow their careers through focused assignments. Interns work within the corporate supply chain team and various operational departments. You will engage in hands-on learning, gain exposure to senior leadership, and contribute to meaningful projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the documentation of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Conduct supply chain analysis to support business needs.
- Manage multiple supply chain projects while adhering to established timelines.
- Communicate project status and any potential risks or issues to the appropriate teams.
- Complete a cumulative project summarizing your internship accomplishments and present it to the executive team or your manager.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in an accredited college or university. Preferred majors include Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information to various levels of the organization.
- High motivation and the ability to take initiative on your own work.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to preserve the confidentiality of information.
- Work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

- Term: Fall 2026 (August 17 to December 4).
