About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Spring, Texas. You will work on-site with the Supply Chain Organization to apply classroom knowledge to real-world projects. This role focuses on optimizing supply chain operations and is intended as a pipeline for potential future full-time employment. Please note that we do not offer work authorization sponsorship for this position.
What you'll do#
- Analyze and map supply chain processes using the SCOR model framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for process optimization.
- Support the implementation of initiatives in areas such as inventory management, demand planning, and order fulfillment.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging supply chain trends.
- Collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators to track initiative progress.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's program (having completed your 3rd year) or a 1st year Master's/MBA program.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Economics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Sharepoint.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks.
